London, Sept 8 ANI: Jade Goody is said to be 'petrified' about her major cancer operation.The Big Brother star, who is preparing for the surgery at London's Royal Marsden Hospital, will have a hysterectomy on Sept 12 in her bid to beat cervical cancer.Goody's doctors have already told her that the cancer may have spread, possibly leaving her with a 50 per cent chance of survival."She is petrified about Friday and very apprehensive about the future. Everyone who knows her prays she'll get through this and in time come back," the Mirror quoted Goody's agent Mark Thomas, as saying.The reality TV star, who was informed about her cancer diagnosis on the Indian version on Big Brother, is also facing intensive chemotherapy. It's done. I had a lovely party with all of my kids and kin, and we had a great time," she said."However, it doesn't mean anything really. But getting older to me is nice anyway. I guess that there is a sense of relief. I think you are released from certain concepts as you get older," she added. Roberts also revealed that she is focusing on her personal life now, rather than her professional prospects."My career is at half-pace now. I wasn't really cranking a lot of movies out anyway. I've just never really been that driven to go, go, go. You have to take time to recover, enjoy things and keep sort of replenishing that well," she said. "I've always been one to appreciate that luxury of being able to have a certain pace to things."But now it's just great to have my day so full and busy with such different kinds of things," she added.
